Safety & Care Guidelines

Age Recommendation

All Sensory Slime Shoppe, LLC products are designed for ages 3 and up with adult supervision. Our slimes, play doughs, and sensory toys contain small parts (charms, beads, glitter) that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Please use all products under adult supervision.

Ingredients & Materials

Play Dough (Dough Zone): All-purpose flour, iodized salt, cream of tartar, canola oil, food-safe coloring. Contains wheat and may be produced in an environment that processes tree nuts.
Slime Products: PVA glue, liquid starch or borax activator, food-safe coloring, fragrance oils. Not intended for consumption.
Squishoreez: TPR ball skin, assorted sensory fillings (foam beads, water beads, clay, slime). Sealed with craft adhesive — not intended for consumption.

Care Instructions

Storage: Keep all slime and dough products in their sealed, airtight containers when not in use. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: Slime lasts 4–8 weeks when stored properly. Play dough lasts 2–3 months in an airtight container (refrigerate to extend).
Surfaces: Play on a clean, flat, non-porous surface. Slime may stain fabric, carpet, or upholstery. We recommend using a slime mat or tray.
Hands: Wash hands before and after play. If slime sticks to skin, use warm soapy water or baby oil to remove.
If it dries out: Add a few drops of warm water or lotion and knead to restore texture.

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

⚠️ Our products contain wheat (flour) and may contain fragrances, dyes, and glitter. If your child has sensitive skin or allergies, please review ingredient lists before purchase. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are non-toxic but are not edible — do not ingest.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, scent intensity, and appearance are normal and expected. Each product is uniquely crafted — that's what makes it special!

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices at pop-up events and markets may differ from online pricing. Sales tax will be applied where applicable.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods through our online checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your slime! If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the handmade, perishable, and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. All slime, dough, and sensory products are final sale once opened or used.

Event & Workshop Purchases

All purchases made at pop-up events, markets, DIY bar sessions, and brewery nights are final sale. No refunds will be issued for event-based purchases or workshop fees.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Processing Time

Orders are handmade to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or after events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
